What is Irish Sea Moss?

Sea Moss is a red algae species. It is highly nutritious, containing 92 of the 102 minerals that our body needs. Bladder Wrack and Burdock Root is added to give the full 102 nutrients! Sea Moss is a nutrient which helps to dissolve catarrhs (inflammation and phlegm in the mucous membranes, which cause congestion.
